This flyover ensures smooth movement of vehicles on the routes linking it with the airport, Khilkhet, Kuril, Zoar Shahara, Nikunja, Pragati Sarani, Banani and Purbachal. The 3.1-km flyover built at a 

cost of Tk 3.06 billion will also ease commuters’ movement from northern and country to the capital.
